Fire Guard Heat 568 is a silicates based fireplace cement, and it has been special developed to meet the specification of structural high strength. It is suitable to be used as putty for fireplace and also for assembling of stones in furnace; gluing joints around chimneys and repairing cracks.
Fire Guard Heat 568 can be also recommended for gluing glass fibre seals around fireplace door as well as repairing of exhaust pipe of car.
Fire Guard Heat 568 has an ideal rheology and is easy to work with. After curing, it offers an excellent crack-resistance, and the resulting joints are capable of withstanding temperature up to 1200 °C.
Fire Guard Heat 568 is not recommended to be used in the place where capability of movement is required.
